Home Inspection

Overview

For most people a Home is the largest purchase they will make in their lifetime. Our job as Home Inspectors is to make sure that you know about all of the deficiencies your home may or may not have. We recommend getting an inspection before you buy a home, then every 5-10 years after you buy the home depending on its age.

Scope

A basic Home Inspection, covers structural, plumbing, electrical, heating and air, kitchen appliances, foundations, roofing, and much more. Our job is to evaluate each system for functionality at the time of inspection. We DO NOT speculate on the future of any system we inspect. For an additional fee we inspect for radon gas, and take water samples. We also offer a yearly crawl space inspection.
